1. User Agreement

By accessing or using SubasiMart, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Account Creation & Responsibilities

• Users must create an account to place orders and access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and ensuring that no unauthorized person accesses your account.
• Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, inform us immediately.

3. Order Process & Payments

• All orders are confirmed only upon successful payment unless specified otherwise.
• Payment options include bank transfer, UPI, cash on delivery/pickup, and the “Buy Now, Pay Later” (BNPL) plan.
• For bank transfers, full payment must be made before shipment.
• BNPL Plan:
  • Percentage-Based Plan: Customers pay 12% upfront and the remaining 88.5% within the agreed period.
  • Full Postpaid Plan: Customers can pay the full amount within three weeks of purchase.

4. Delivery Terms

• Delivery is available only in designated service areas. Customers should verify their pincode eligibility before placing orders.
• Delivery options include:
  • Local Delivery (within available zones)
  • Same-Day Delivery (within 30 minutes, if possible)
  • Delivery Slot Selection for preferred timing
  • ASAP Delivery for earliest possible delivery
• Delivery fees, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

5. Refund & Return Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted using our designated refund request form, including order ID, issue description, and supporting documents.
• Products must be returned in original condition with all components, proof of purchase, and warranty documents.
• Refund eligibility is subject to product condition assessment.

6. Warranty Policy

• Warranty claims must be submitted via our warranty request form, providing details about the product’s condition, issue, and proof of purchase.
• Warranty services apply only to products covered by a manufacturer or seller warranty.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on SubasiMart (text, graphics, logos, images, etc.) is the property of SubasiMart or its content providers and is protected under copyright laws.
• Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit content without prior written consent.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• We prioritize your data privacy and comply with applicable Indian data protection laws (e.g., IT Act 2000) and international IT standards.
• Information collected is used strictly for order processing, service improvement, and customer communication.
• We implement security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee complete security in case of unforeseen cyber risks.

9. Limitations of Liability

• SubasiMart is not liable for delays, delivery issues, or damages caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.
• We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions (e.g., payment gateways, courier services, etc.).

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts in Guwahati, Assam.
• Customers may also contact the Consumer Protection Council in case of unresolved issues.

11. Amendments to Terms

• SubasiMart reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified on our website or via email.
