At SubasiMart, we provide flexible and secure payment options to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. This Payment Policy outlines the accepted payment methods, terms, and conditions for successful transactions.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer:
- Prepaid orders requiring shipping must be paid via bank transfer before processing.
- Customers must submit proof of payment for confirmation.
- Cash/UPI on Delivery or Pickup:
- Available for local deliveries and in-store pickups.
- Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL):
- Percentage-Based Plan: Customers pay 12% upfront and the remaining 88.5% within three weeks.
- Full Postpaid Plan: Customers can pay the total amount after three weeks.
- SWallet Top-Up:
- Customers can add credit to their SubasiMart Wallet for faster transactions.
- Full payment is required for top-ups; deposits are not accepted.
- Misuse or violation of SWallet terms may result in account suspension or termination.
2. Payment Confirmation
- For prepaid orders via Bank Transfer, customers must provide payment proof to our support team via email or WhatsApp.
- Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
- Customers will receive a payment confirmation email or SMS once verified.
3. Refunds for Payments
- Refunds are processed based on our Refund & Returns Policy.
- Refunds for Bank Transfers may take 7 to 10 working days to reflect in your account.
- Refunds for SWallet transactions will be credited back to your SWallet balance.
4. Payment Security
- All online transactions are secured using encryption technology to protect customer information.
- Customers are encouraged to avoid sharing payment details with unauthorized personnel.
5. Late or Failed Payments
- In the event of a failed transaction, customers should:
- Verify their bank details.
- Check their network connection.
- Contact their respective bank if the issue persists.
- For BNPL payments, missed or delayed payments may result in service restrictions or account suspension.
6. Fraud Prevention
- We strictly monitor transactions to prevent fraudulent activities.
- Any suspicious payment behavior may lead to order cancellation and potential legal action.
