At SubasiMart, we understand that plans may change, and customers may need to cancel their orders. This policy outlines our cancellation guidelines to ensure a smooth process.

1. Order Cancellation Eligibility

  • Customers may cancel their order before it is marked as ‘Out for Delivery.’
  • Once an order is marked as ‘Out for Delivery,’ cancellation will no longer be possible.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an eligible order:

  • Visit your Order History page on SubasiMart.
  • Locate the order you wish to cancel and select the Cancel Order option.
  • Confirm your cancellation request. You will receive a confirmation message once the cancellation is processed.

3. Refund Process for Canceled Orders

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 3 to 7 business days via the original payment method.
  • SWallet Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the customer’s SWallet within 24 hours.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: No refund is required as no payment would have been made.

4. Partial Order Cancellation

  • Partial cancellation may be available for select products or bulk orders.
  • Refunds for the canceled portion will follow the same timelines as mentioned above.

5. Exceptions to Cancellation

Orders containing the following items may not be eligible for cancellation:

  • Perishable goods with short shelf life.
  • Customized or specially ordered products.
  • Items marked as ‘Non-Cancellable’ during checkout.
