SubasiMart’s SWallet is a secure digital wallet designed to provide customers with a fast and convenient payment experience. This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and usage guidelines for SWallet.

1. What is SWallet?

  • SWallet is a prepaid digital wallet exclusively for purchases made on SubasiMart.
  • Customers can add funds to their SWallet and use it to pay for orders during checkout.

2. SWallet Top-up Conditions

  • Full Payment Required: Customers must top up their SWallet with the full amount intended for their purchase.
  • No Partial Payments: Deposits or partial top-ups are not accepted for order reservations or payment.
  • Top-up Limits: SubasiMart may impose a maximum top-up limit based on local financial regulations.

3. Using SWallet for Purchases

  • Customers can select SWallet as a payment method during checkout.
  • The total order value will be deducted directly from the available SWallet balance.
  • If the SWallet balance is insufficient, customers must pay the remaining amount via another accepted payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Transactions

  • SWallet top-ups are non-refundable once credited.
  • Funds cannot be transferred from SWallet to other payment methods or withdrawn as cash.

5. Account Violation & Suspension

SubasiMart reserves the right to suspend or terminate SWallet accounts under the following circumstances:

  • Attempts to misuse or manipulate SWallet services.
  • Violation of SubasiMart’s Terms & Conditions or payment policies.
  • Repeated failure to meet payment deadlines or fraudulent activity.

6. SWallet Balance Expiry

  • SWallet balances do not expire unless specified during promotional offers or special campaigns.
  • Customers will be notified of any upcoming expiry deadlines for promotional credits.

7. Security & Fraud Protection

  • SWallet transactions are protected by encryption and security protocols to ensure safe usage.
  • Customers must notify SubasiMart immediately if they suspect unauthorized access to their SWallet account.
