SubasiMart offers a flexible Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) payment option to provide financial convenience to our valued customers. This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and requirements for utilizing the BNPL service.

1. Eligibility for BNPL

To use our BNPL service, customers must:

  • Be 18 years or older.
  • Provide valid identification and contact details.
  • Maintain a positive purchase history with SubasiMart.
  • Agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. BNPL Payment Plans

SubasiMart offers two BNPL plans for customer flexibility:

a) Percentage-Based Plan

  • Customers pay 12% upfront of the total order value at checkout.
  • The remaining 88.5% balance must be paid within three weeks.

b) Full Postpaid Plan

  • Customers may pay the total order amount after three weeks from the purchase date.
  • No upfront payment is required for this plan.

Note: Approval for the Full Postpaid Plan is subject to customer purchase history and other eligibility criteria.

3. Payment Reminders & Deadlines

  • Customers will receive reminders via SMS and email three days before the payment due date.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in account suspension or restriction from future BNPL usage.

4. Late Payment Consequences

If payments are not made within the specified timeline:

  • A late fee may be charged.
  • BNPL access may be temporarily suspended until dues are cleared.
  • Unresolved dues may lead to account suspension or legal action where necessary.

5. Order Cancellation under BNPL

  • Customers can cancel their BNPL order before delivery by contacting our support team.
  • If an order is canceled after partial or full payment, refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Restricted Items for BNPL

  • BNPL is not available for perishable goods, discounted clearance items, or limited-stock offers.
  • SubasiMart reserves the right to exclude certain product categories from BNPL eligibility.

7. Fraud Prevention

  • All BNPL transactions are closely monitored for suspicious activity.
  • Any attempt at fraudulent behavior may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.
